Terms and Conditions

“Gift a dinner at La Locanda di Piero” is subject to the following general terms and conditions of sale, which we ask you to review before purchase.

• La Locanda di Piero will issue a Voucher redeemable by the Guest expressly indicated by the Customer. This Voucher is not transferable to third parties, except by agreements expressly made by contacting La Locanda di Piero at least 7 days before the date on which you want to use the Voucher.

• Certificates can be purchased directly from La Locanda di Piero or by contacting us via email, and you will be provided with all the information for payment. Your gifts will then be shipped to recipients with your dedication via regular mail or email. The Voucher will be valid on all our à la carte menus and tastings.

• The Voucher is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase. If not used within six months, the Voucher will be considered used, therefore La Locanda di Piero will keep the collected and regularly registered amount without any further obligation towards either the Customer or the Guest.

• The beneficiary Guest of the Voucher will receive communication from La Locanda di Piero of the received gift, and following this must contact La Locanda di Piero, at the times they deem most appropriate but within 6 months, to establish the date of use. The reservation must be made at least seven days in advance and will be subject to actual availability for the indicated evening.

• The Voucher includes a spending amount for a tasting menu which, if not fully used, will not be refunded.

• If the Guest, with extra orders, exceeds the amount of the dinner purchased with the Voucher, the difference will be paid by the guest himself, unless different specific agreements have been made between La Locanda di Piero and the Customer.
